By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing products or services from us, you (“the user,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 3. Digital Product License

  1. Permitted Uses

    • Personal Use: You may download and use the digital image for any personal, non-commercial projects.
    • Commercial Use: You may incorporate the image into larger projects or products that you intend to sell or distribute. Examples include (but are not limited to) marketing materials, website designs, or social media content—provided the image is an integrated part of a broader design or product.

  2. Prohibited Uses

    • Reselling, Sharing, or Redistributing “As-Is”: You are not allowed to resell, share, or redistribute the image in its original, standalone form—digitally or physically.
    • Transfer of License: The license granted to you is non-transferable. You may not sublicense, transfer, or otherwise share these rights with anyone else.

  3. Ownership & Copyright

    • All rights, title, and interest in and to the digital image remain with Luxe Branding Digital. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image under these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • Pricing & Accuracy: Prices for our digital products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Payment Methods: We accept online payments through our Shopify checkout process. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

5. No Refund Policy

Given the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once you’ve successfully downloaded the product. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in situations where the product file is found to be corrupt or cannot be accessed through an error on our end. In such cases, please contact us at luxebrandingdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using our Site and Services, you agree not to:

  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any results or earnings from your usage of our digital products, and you agree that you’re purchasing and using them at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxe Branding Digital and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from and against any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
